We found a 1979 MGB Roadster in Silver City, NM that needed a cosmetic refreshing. It was a great driver, so we made a few changes to it, lowered the suspension, installed new carpeting and other changes. It came it pretty nice, and we were happy to hand it off to a new family.

E30 Finished and Sold
After months of wrenching on the E30 and getting it to a usable condition, the classic BMW coupe was finally sold to a new owner. Over a few months, we installed a higher-revving, more powerful IS motor in place of the low-revving ES engine, lowered the suspension, restored the interior and performed numerous other tasks on the car.

Jaguar XJS Rescue
Continuing our theme of "saving the classics", we just picked up this Jaguar XJS V12 that's been sitting in a tow yard for a few years. It has a few issues that keep it from running consistently, so hopefully we can sort it all out and give the car a new lease on life.

1978 Alfa Romeo Spider #2
We recently found this solid but needy 79 Spider, and made a deal to purchase it along with a '72 GTV Coupe, a '67 GT Junior and a '74 Spider parts car as part of a package deal to be spread out over a number of months.
The yellow Spider needs some major surgery to repair a damaged nose, but otherwise the body is very straight and relatively rust free. We will have to have the nose damage cut out and new metal welded in by our body and paint guy, who is then going to respray it in the original shade of Sunrise Yellow (?). The color is very similar to Ferrari Fly Yellow, so it pops nicely.
The car will also be fitted with a new top, seat upholster, door panels, center console and maybe a new set of black carpets. We will also be installing new wheels, as the Rotas seen in the pictures did not come with the car.
Mechanically, the car is excellent, with a built 2.0-liter and a suspension that was modified for autocrossing. This is definitely the most fun Spider I've driven.

BMW Z3
This BMW Z3 came and went from the Restomods garage. It needed a ton of little things repaired on it like interior trim, etc, but came out pretty nice in the end.

1970 2002
Another great Restomods find is this 1970 2002. Round taillight 2002s are increasingly rare, so we were quite happy to acquire this example. Originally equipped with an automatic, the BMW will receive a 5-speed conversion and undergo a full restoration and some mild performance upgrades. This was also has a sunroof and a minimal amount of rust that will need to be taken care of.
1986 BMW 325es
We found this '86 325es languishing at a used car lot recently. Apparently it was traded in a few years ago and the owner of the lot was going to keep it as a project car. That never happened, so the BMW was sold.
The paint appears to be original under that layer of dust, while the original sport seats are in excellent condition. Being an es, it has the optional sport package, which includes the seats, M-Tech I steering wheel, air dam and LSD.
This E30 will undergo a mild restoration, with a few performance enhancements as well. These old 3 Series are incredibly popular right now, for good reason. They're a blast to drive, with classic styling but enough modernity to make them usable as everyday cars.
